cmd/gorename: -d flag prints diffs instead of rewriting files

The user may specify the diff tool using the -diffcmd flag.

+ test.

Also:
- eliminate redundant DryRun flag
- simplify Verbose messages using log.SetPrefix

Fixes issue #13355
