The `go_wasip1_wasm_exec` script in `GOROOT/misc/wasm` has dropped support
for versions of `wasmtime` < 14.0.0.
doc/next: initial contents Initialize the doc/next directory for the next release by copying the contents of doc/initial into it. Also, rewrite doc/README.md to add release instructions and to separate information for developers from information for the release team. misc/wasm: drop wasmtime < 14 support For Go 1.23, we decided to no longer support the old CLI interface exposed by wasmtime. This removes the extra logic included to support both the new and the old CLI interface. Now only versions of wasmtime 14 and newer are supported.
